Our Proud Moments
Recognised for what we do best — by Sarawak's agriculture community and its leaders.
How It All Started
My journey with CMN Fish Farm began in 2021, toward the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. I established a fish pond as a place for weekend relaxation — inspired by a lifelong love of fish, starting from home aquariums.
After approximately seven months, my first harvest yielded more than 100kg of red tilapia. I was pleased to discover that my hobby could also generate income.
The knowledge and training provided by Jabatan Pertanian Sarawak played a significant role in motivating me to continue. With encouragement from family and friends, I grew CMN Fish Farm further.
I received IoT system support from MDEC and Flowstudios Sdn Bhd, a Ministry of Agriculture grant for pond expansion, and marketing guidance through SDEC's SME Digitised programme, implemented by Ibrandium Kuching.
"What began as a simple hobby and weekend retreat has grown into a meaningful journey of learning, dedication, and opportunity. I look forward to developing CMN Fish Farm into a successful and sustainable aquaculture enterprise." — Clarissa Mendong Anak Nali, Founder
